Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of digital products from The Knowhow Co. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell downloadable digital products (guides, patterns, templates, and similar files). Product descriptions and prices are shown on each product page. Because our products are digital, no physical item is shipped.

Orders & payment

Prices are charged in US Dollars (USD). Any prices shown in another currency are an approximate conversion for your convenience; the amount actually charged is in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

Delivery

After a successful payment we email your download links to the address you provided, and you can also access them from the order confirmation page. If you do not receive your files, check your spam folder and then contact us at info@theknowhowco.com and we'll help right away.

License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files you purchase for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files unless a product explicitly grants those rights.

Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimer & liability

Our products are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
