How to request a refund

Email info@theknowhowco.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number (in your confirmation email). We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or your PayPal account). Depending on your bank or provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear. Once an order is refunded, access to the related download links is disabled.
